About the Role:
TRIbuild is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee a 2M industrial project in Beckenham. The project will include a comprehensive strip-out, groundworks, roofing, mechanical and electrical installations, and full fit-out. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of a high-profile project and deliver it to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project runs on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Oversee site preparation, including strip-out, groundworks, and structural activities.
• Coordinate M&E installations and ensure smooth integration with the fit-out phase.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and provide updates to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all stages of the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, including groundworks, roofing, and M&E.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
• SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification are essential.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
