 Description
  - Responsible for the strategic procurement and commercial management of corporate services categories, including HR, IT, finance, legal and professional consultancy. The role covers the full procurement lifecycle.
 - Lead end-to-end procurement activity: market engagement, sourcing strategy, tendering, evaluation, contracting and supplier management.
 - Manage sourcing and performance for HR services including recruitment, learning & development and benefits.
 - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement and supply chain needs.
 - Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve value for the organisation.
 - Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
 - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
 - Monitor supplier performance and address any issues effectively.
 - Provide strategic advice to internal teams on procurement and supply chain matters.
 - Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals.
 
 Profile
 A successful Senior Business Partner should have:
  - Extensive experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories and eager to work in a fast pace environment.
 - Proven ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
 - Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
 - Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
 - Strong knowledge of contract performance 
 - Capability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
 - Experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
 - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 - Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
