Associate Director/Director of Energy and Utilities Recruitment

Our client is an exciting growing Energy, Renewables, Power and Utilities Recruitment business. They have experienced strong growth over the last 3 years even in this tough market.

Recently opened offices in the US and are now looking for some strong Leadership to join the business at either an Associate Director or Director level, heading up an Energy and Utilities Recruitment team which is currently just under5 and you will look to build this out.

You will motivate and drive the team as well as lead bt example with your knowledge and commitment within the sector. The company want to invest into the team and business and will offer an outstanding OTE and also the possiblility of options in the company for some future wealth creation.

A strong understanding and success within Energy and Utilities recruitment is a must as is a proven track record of beating and smashing targets. Although this is a hands on role due to the size of the company you will be expected to have input into the strategy and direction and be continuously looking to make improvements.
