My Estate and Lettings Agent Client are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Valuer to join their successful property team.

As a key part of the business, you will be responsible for carrying out accurate market appraisals, securing new instructions, and building strong relationships with landlords and property owners.

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a proven track record in valuations and a strong understanding of the local property market.

• Conducting property valuations and providing professional advice to landlords

• Generating new business and winning new lettings instructions

• Preparing accurate valuation reports and marketing proposals

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Advising clients on pricing strategies based on market trends and data

• Coordinating with the lettings team to ensure smooth on boarding of new instructions

• Keeping up to date with local market conditions and lettings legislation

• Maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times

• Previous experience in property valuations, preferably within lettings

• Proven ability to win business and deliver results in a competitive market

• Strong local market knowledge and commercial awareness

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

• ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised
