Junior Apple Mac IT Consultant

About the role:

As a Junior IT Consultant, you'll support our clients by troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining Mac-based systems, while learning how to deliver effective consultancy services. You'll be client-facing from day one, so being confident, approachable, and professional is just as important as your technical knowledge.

What you'll bring:

• Solid understanding of macOS, iOS, and technologies including Apple Device Management technologies such as Addigy or JAMF.
• A strong technical foundation with the desire to expand into consultancy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you enjoy working with people as much as with technology.
• A professional, presentable manner with a customer-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
