Rate: 23.00 - 25.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to oversee logistics, traffic management, and the coordination of labour and plant on-site. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a key project in Watford while earning a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site logistics and traffic management.
• Coordinate and organise labour and plant operations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide clear communication and leadership to the on-site team.
• Maintain high standards of productivity and site organization.

Requirements:

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential).
• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• First Aid certification (essential).
• Proven track record in supervising earthworks or similar construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
