About the Team:

The International Accounting and Outsourcing team helps clients optimize their finance functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and stay ahead of evolving technology. Providing advice on process improvement, digitalization, financial reporting, and business performance while building long-lasting relationships.

About the Role:

A key part of the team, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of international clients, delivering high-quality outsourced finance services.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring top-level client service.
• Prepare management reports and handle VAT compliance.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to drive excellent client outcomes.
• Work with prospects to understand their needs and onboard them to our standard practices.
• Identify new opportunities with existing clients to expand our services.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience managing a portfolio of clients with high-quality outsourced finance delivery.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to meet fixed deadlines.
• Business process improvement experience.
• Proficiency in technology solutions (Excel, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, D365 preferred).
• Experience advising high-growth international businesses.
