Injection Moulding Setter

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safe mounting and dismounting of injection mould tools
• Accurate setting of injection moulding tools and operating moulding machine
• Tool changes and process set-up
• Manchine maintenance
• Tool trials
• Quality Control
• Responsible for use of engineering machines
• Working in a well-equipped modern tool room
• Modification of Injection Mould Tools
• Dealing with Customers and suppliers
• Stock check
• Preparing new Mould Tools for production
• Maintenance, repair and modification of Injection Mould Tools

To be considered for the role you must have:

• Experience in injection mould setting, and a knowledge of Arburg/Demag machines
• Have the ability to wqork to tifht time scales without compromisting quality and safety
• Preparing new mould tools for procution
• Candidate to have the ability to communicate well and be part of a team in a small business
• Understanding of materials
