Berkshire & Hertfordshire £55,000 + £3,000 car allowance Full-time, Permanent, Field-based

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to take on a Clinical Lead role overseeing complex and paediatric care packages in the community.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mobilise complex care packages
• Provide clinical guidance to clients and care teams
• Liaise with ICBs, local authorities & families
• Ensure compliance with NMC & CQC standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• RGN with active NMC pin
• 3-5 years' post-registration nursing experience
• Ventilator & tracheostomy skills (essential)
• ITU/HDU/CCU or complex care background
• Full UK driving licence

Package:

• Up to £55,000 salary + £3,000 car allowance
