Contribute to the day-to-day service by undertaking a range of tasks to ensure the safe operational management of our care and support services.About you We are looking for someone with: • An understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs. • Experience of working within housing management. • Be a team player with a caring, empathetic, flexible and have a resilient, can-do attitude. • Previous experience in positively resolving incidents.Why Riverside?
