Construction Site Supervisor - Food and FMCG Sector

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team within the Food and FMCG sector. This contract position is based across two key locations, Slough and Plymouth, involving supervision of live environment construction sites specifically in the food production area. The role requires flexibility to move between sites with notice, with evenings and weekend work part of the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites within the food and FMCG sector.
• Ensure all project milestones are met while adhering to approved budgets and timelines.
• Enforce strict safety regulations and company standards due to live environments.
• Ensuring compliance with RAMS and site standards etc.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising construction sites, preferably with exposure to the food industry or confectionary sites.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility for site relocations as per project demands, including availability during evenings and weekends.

• Location: Slough & Plymouth
• Type: 6-month contract with potential for extension
• Schedule: Involves evening and weekend work
