Team Supervisor - Milton Keynes - Plumb Centre

As a Team Supervisor based in our Milton Keynes branch you’ll be responsible for:  

• Assist the branch manager / deputy branch manager in maximising and sustaining branch performance and growth.

• Maintain best in class customer service in the branch, create sales plans for specific business areas, sectors and products.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with key customers and suppliers.

• Ensure branch administration is adhered too, inputting data correctly and using Microsoft 365 to create and update documents.

This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm with the occasional Saturday shift from 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime or time in lieu).

• Excellent communication skills, eager to demonstrate initiative and take the lead.

• well organised and willing to support in all areas within the branch.

• Strong administrative skills, familiar with Microsoft 365.

• Industry experience desirable but not essential, driving license desirable but not essential.
