Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with expertise in electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder detection. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise-level sales and expanding our market presence. This is a fast-paced role that requires industry experience, target-driven mentality, and strong technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electronic security systems industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to provide accurate and competitive quotes for projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in enterprise-level sales within the electronic security systems industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems
  • Experience in estimating and pricing projects within the industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Industry experience and a deep understanding of market dynamics
Day-to-day
  • Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships and maximize opportunities for upselling
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to provide accurate and competitive quotes
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay updated on industry developments and attend relevant trade shows and events
