The Shore Group are representing a large specialist modular build contractor contractor who is undergoing a very exciting period, with a current turnover in excess of 500 million and four live schemes totalling 400m in value. You would be joining a contractor that is experiencing rapid, organic growth with its current pipeline projects.

The project at hand is a 20 storey new build RC frame hotel based in Hackney and values at 100m
