We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export Administrator to join our Logistics Team !

What You'll Do:

As an Export Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and overseeing the transportation of goods for both international and domestic traffic.
• Producing all necessary export paperwork, including product declarations, tariffs, and bills of lading.
• Coordinating documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Communicating effectively with hauliers and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing time pressures and meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

We need a team player with a proactive approach and a passion for delivering excellence! Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:

Essential:

• Experience working with UK domestic hauliers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs.

Desirable:

• Knowledge or experience with an ERP system.
• Dangerous Goods (DG) training or experience.
