Exciting Opportunity for Healthcare Professionals Functional Assessor (WCA).

Are you a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional looking for a meaningful career change? We are seeking Registered Nurses (Adult), (Adult) Occupational Therapists and (Adult) Physiotherapists to join our team as Functional Assessors.

Location: BOREHAMWOOD- WD6
(Hybrid & Homebased opportunities available depending on location)

Contract: Permanent Full Time, Part Time - also available.
Salary: £45,500 - £47,500

Your Role as a Functional Assessor

• Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments on individuals with various health conditions.
• Engage empathetically to understand how their condition impacts daily activities & employment.
• Create fair & evidence-based reports to support decision-making.
• Manage your own schedule efficiently to provide thorough assessments.
• Stay updated on policies & participate in ongoing learning.

What You Need:

• Full registration with the NMC (Registered Nurse) or HCPC (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic).
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to assess & report findings effectively.
• IT proficiency & ability to work independently.
• Compassionate & professional approach to patient care.
