We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to join primary schools in Hillingdon. This fulfilling role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners with special educational needs.

• Positions available on both full-time and part-time basis
• Prior experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
• Based in Hillingdon, London
• Competitive pay: 85 - 105 per day
• Enhanced DBS certificate required (or willingness to obtain one before starting)

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students within the classroom
• Assist the class teacher in delivering and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
• Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress
• Create and customize learning resources to suit diverse student needs
• Foster positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional well-being among students
• Collaborate with the SENCO and external professionals to develop and implement effective strategies
