- The nursery offers space for babies and children age 3 months to 5 years.

About the Role - Early Years Class Lead - Barnet, North West London
- You will need to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, term time only
- The nursery is looking for an experienced teacher with at least 2 years in a similar role
- You should have a good understanding of EYFS.
- The teacher should have QTS or Level 5 qualification and above (or equivalent).
- You should be an outstanding, creative, energetic classroom practitioner with a sense of humour and high expectations of themselves and others.
- You should be an experienced EYFS Lead with a proven track record of writing and implementing action plans and reports, analysing data to inform teaching and learning, observing staff, and conducting observations.
- You should have a passion for the latest educational research and its impact on current practice.
- You will be required to help and support other teachers and practitioners to develop their own practice.
- Evidence of successfully using a range of management strategies to bring about change at a whole nursery level is important.
