Academics are working with Portsmouth schools who are seeking dedicated Teachers to provide high-quality teaching across various year groups / subjects. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across different year groups/subjects as needed. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all pupils feel supported. Follow school policies and procedures to provide continuity in teaching and learning. Work closely with fellow staff to support students' academic and personal development. Quickly build rapport with students and staff to ensure a seamless transition in the classroom.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with UK experience (preferred but not essential). Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to different teaching environments. Enthusiasm for supporting students' learning in a dynamic and diverse school community. A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
