Our client close to Heathrow Airport are looking for an Import Coordinator - Sea, Air & Road
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Operations Team as Import Coordinator.
The role will be based at our office facility in Surrey.
Key Functions:
Jobs from start to finish, Sea, Air and Road
Customs entries
Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly
Full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external
Ensure quality and quantity of work is at a high level at all times
Liaise with the customer on system related issues
Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping
Desirable Skills:
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Cargowise
Sea and Air modes (predominantly Sea)
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Customer focused
Good time management
Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
High level of PC literacy
Team player
Approachable
Willing to learn
Hardworking
Reliable
Working Pattern:
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between core hours of 0800hrs - 1730hrs.
Office based.
Salary up to £34K depending on experience
