Marketing Manager

MARKETING MANAGER

Salary up to 42,000 (Fte 70,000) based on 22.5 hours per week.

We are pleased to offerthis position on a part-time basis working either reduced days or reduced daily hours.

We are currently working with a global company to recruit an experienced and adaptable Marketing Manager to help in creating and drive all marketing activity and build a thorough marketing strategy.

This is a newly created stand-alone role reporting to the Director

The role

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy which supports current and future business plans.

• Conduct market research, identify target markets and execute strategies
• Create and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing and pay per click campaigns.
• Manage internal communications.
• Prepare marketing and sales collateral including brochures, direct emails, user guides, press releases and presentations in conjunction with graphic designer.
• Manage and plan budgets, resources and execute on all deliverables on time.
• Work with website designer to create engaging and informative content

Experience, skills and attributes:

• Strong off and online B2B marketing background.
• Experience of the latest marketing tools with the ability to drive a broad range of activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones

• Outstanding copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to understand the target market at a high level.
• Excellent planning, documentation, presentation and organisational skills
• Strong commercial awareness and experience of managing budgets.
• Social media profile management and audience growth.
• Proven experience of pay per click campaign management.
• Creative, ambitious with ability to lead, inspire and excite.
