We re looking for an experienced office manager to support a busy site team on a £50m CAT A fit-out of an industrial warehouse in Bermondsey. This is an initial 6-month role with the potential to extend or go permanent.
The role: - Manage the day-to-day running of the site office.
- Support the Project Director with admin and coordination tasks.
- Order and manage office supplies, including stationery and welfare items.
- Handle calls, emails, document control, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain filing systems, assist with onboarding, and support general site admin.
About you: - Previous experience in office or site admin, ideally within construction.
- Strong organisational skills and confident using Microsoft Office.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work closely with senior team members.
