Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in managing their behaviour and developing positive coping strategies.
- Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to implement behaviour support plans.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them engage with learning and school life.
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting.
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
