Fram are working with an award-winning wealth management firm with offices in London. As an independent wealth manager, it means they can offer objective advice, always acting in their clients' best interests. The role is for a Technical Paraplanner who will play a pivotal role in supporting their successful financial planning team. The focus will be on leveraging your specialist technical knowledge to ensure that the teams deliver exceptional holistic financial planning services to their High-Net-Worth clients with complex planning needs.Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analysing comprehensive, detailed information from clients, their professional advisers and others.
• Producing comprehensive and clear suitability letters for clients
• Preparing a series of lifetime cashflow models relevant to each client's circumstances, objectives and possible financial outcomes
• Communicating to the client in person and/or in writing as requested by the Financial Planner and dealing with queries
• Constructing and producing a financial plan to address each client's lifetime objectives in the context of these cashflow models, generally comprising (but not limited to) contingency planning, legacy/succession planning, asset allocation/wealth management and tax planning
• Preparing for and attending some client meetings when appropriate, taking detailed written notes and following up on any technical points after the meeting
• Carrying out regular reviews of clients' financial plans, circumstances and objectives
• Dealing with technical client queries as and when they arise
• Engaging with intelligent, demanding clients, developing and maintaining outstanding, long-term relationships
• Liaising with other technical staff within the firm in order to ensure a consistent client experience

Candidates need to be a minimum of Diploma qualified working towards Level 6. Have circa 3+ years of experience in the independent sector of the financial services industry, including direct contact with sophisticated HNW clients. Be proficient with adviser support tools and software like IO. Have experience in a central Paraplanning role, delivering support and training to client-facing teams is desirable. Excellent technical knowledge of asset allocation, investments, life and pensions products, tax, trusts, and pensions transfers.
