Technical Support Engineer - Mechanical Engineering - Buckinghamshire - Generous. Do you have a Mechanical Engineering qualification, proven technical support experience and an aptitude for solving challenging problems? An established high-tech engineering company seeks a customer focused individual who has worked within a mechanical engineering environment and who has good diagnostic skills. This is fully on site with occasional travel to customer sites.

The ideal Technical Support Engineer will bring:

• A minimum of a HNC/HND in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and documentation skills.
• Hands-on diagnostic skills within a mechanical engineering environment.
• The ability to present technical subjects with clarity.
• Good time management skills.

The successful Technical Support Engineer will support both customers and sales teams with technical matters - via phone and email as well as assisting with customer visits and product training. You will also support new product introduction, keeping up to date on new and existing products.
