• Lead Food & Beverage Excellence - Partner with talented chefs and catering pros to deliver food and drink experiences that wow every guest, every time.
• Own Every Event - From high-level boardroom lunches to evening cocktail receptions, you'll take full ownership from concept to completion.
• Deliver World-Class Client Experiences - Anticipate every need before it's voiced. You'll be the heartbeat of warmth, professionalism, and precision.
• Curate Flawless Presentation - Craft visually stunning food and beverage displays that reflect the premium standards of our clients and brand.
• Collaborate with Passion - Work closely with culinary teams and vendors to design menus that excite and delight.
• Host with Confidence - Be the face of hospitality, calmly steering events and solving challenges with ease and grace.
• Drive Operational Brilliance - Keep everything running like clockwork - organisation, food quality, hygiene, and compliance are your cornerstones.
• Champion Safety & Standards - Lead by example in all things Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen, and Environmental compliance.

40 hours per week Monday to Friday
