  • Regulatory Assurance: Acting as the CRE (C&D), maintaining compliance with Network Rail, HS2, or other infrastructure standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with project teams, designers, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and project coordination.
  • Health & Safety Leadership: Promoting and enforcing a strong health and safety culture, ensuring best practices are followed at all times.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential design or construction risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Project Delivery: Managing site teams, subcontractors, and resources to drive efficient project completion.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Industry Experience: Strong track record in site management within rail, infrastructure, or major civil engineering projects, with experience as a CRE (C&D).
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction techniques, engineering principles, and regulatory frameworks such as Network Rail and HS2 standards.
  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams effectively, resolve issues on-site, and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Certifications: PTS (Personal Track Safety) and SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualifications are desirable.

What's on Offer:

  • Career Progression: Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a leading firm.
