We are seeking an experienced Lift Engineer to join a well-established Housing Association based in Kings Cross. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a temp-to-perm role with a competitive hourly rate.

• Overseeing contractors responsible for passenger lifts across housing estates.
• Managing and maintaining domestic lifts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Monitoring lift installations, servicing, and repairs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in the lift engineering field, particularly with passenger lifts in residential settings.
• Familiarity with manufacturers such as Otis, Kone, and Schindler is highly desirable.
• Full UK driver's license is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Competitive hourly rate of 35 per hour.
