Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and innovative drama lessons to students across various year groups, ensuring a dynamic learning environment.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote students' confidence, teamwork, and performance skills.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to organize school productions, workshops, and drama-related events.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching drama in a secondary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum and passion for the performing arts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
