As a Product Manager at Building Radar, you will take full ownership of a strategically important product area and lead a dedicated, interdisciplinary development team. Thanks to a clearly defined, performance-based fast-track program, you have the opportunity to quickly advance to Senior Product Manager.

Your work will have real impact: you will support suppliers of high-speed elevators, CO -free cement, and ultra-efficient insulation systems in bringing their innovations into the construction plans of future international landmark projects - directly contributing to our mission of generating €10 billion in revenue for our customers by 2027.

Activities

  • Develop and continuously refine the strategy for a core area that delivers tangible value to our users.
  • Own the entire product management process: identify opportunities, validate with customers, set priorities, make trade-offs, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to develop scalable, future-proof solutions - including defining and tracking clear success metrics.
  • Make outcome-driven decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights - with a strong focus on fast execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in product management in B2B SaaS, ideally with responsibility for complex, customer-focused products.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders and crafting clear, outcome-driven product visions.
  • Passion for innovation and delivering real user value.

  • Experience in startup or scale-up settings with fast, pragmatic, iterative workflows.
  • Strategic understanding of AI trends with a focus on user benefit.
  • High ownership and resilience, able to build lasting internal and external relationships.
  • Proficient in data analysis, scripting, and automation to support product discovery and testing.
