Quantity Surveyor- Drylining

Our client is a prominent and highly successful construction and interior fit-out company They are experts in delivering high quality, drywall solutions for CAT A & B commercial fit-out. They are now seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor with specialized experience in the drylining industry.

They are looking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can bring their expertise to the drylining sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in project cost management, ensuring that all drylining projects are delivered within budget and on time. This position is based in the vibrant heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cost analysis and budget control for drylining projects.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to monitor costs and provide financial insights.
• Procure materials and subcontractor services in a cost-effective manner.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts, change orders, and variations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the drylining industry.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools.
• MRICS or other relevant professional qualifications are desirable.

• Experience using OST measuring software would be beneficial

Salary- 40k-55k depending on experience
