Key Responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer: - Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of material handling equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Respond promptly to service callouts, delivering effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and support.
- Accurately complete service reports and maintain records for each job.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
- Exercise autonomy in scheduling and prioritizing daily tasks to meet customer needs efficiently.

What We're Looking For: - Previous experience working on vehicles, plant equipment, motorcycles, agricultural machinery or something similar.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Full right to work in the UK indefinitely.
