About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our client's team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the sales team by developing, editing, and managing proposals and Statements of Work, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals. In addition, the role involves supporting sales operations through CRM data management, sales pipeline tracking, and report generation to optimise our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal & Statement of Work Support:
Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to gather relevant information for proposals and Statements of Work
Draft, edit, and deliver sales meeting summaries and follow-up notes
Create and edit compelling proposals and Statements of Work, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company templates
Professionally format proposals and Statements of Work, incorporating branding guidelines and visual elements
Manage the review and approval process for proposals and Statements of Work
Maintain a library of proposal templates and supporting documents
Track proposal and Statement of Work status, providing regular updates to the sales team
Ensure proposals and Statements of Work are accurately recorded and stored
Sales Operations:
Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks, including HubSpot CRM management, lead qualification, and sales pipeline tracking
Generate sales reports and dashboards, providing insights into sales performance and areas for improvement
Manage sales tools and resources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Develop and maintain sales process documentation and training materials
Assist in implementing and optimising sales processes and systems
Coordinate sales meetings and events
Process sales orders and ensure accurate record keeping
About You:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales and marketing operations or a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC / MEDPIC)
Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Desirable:
Experience in creating or supporting the creation of proposals and Statements of Work is highly desirable
