Van driver

Location: Guildford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 45-50 hours per week

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Van Driver to join our removals team based in Guildford. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. In addition to driving duties, the position requires daily porter and labouring work, supporting the safe and efficient loading, transportation, and delivery of customers' belongings.

• Safely drive company vans for removals, deliveries, and collections.
• Assist with lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of furniture and household goods.
• Carry out daily porter and labouring duties, handling items with care at all times.
• Ensure goods are protected and secured during transit.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and keep accurate driving records as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service, acting as a professional representative of the company.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure removals are completed safely and on schedule.

• Full, valid UK driving licence (Category B).
• Previous experience in removals, logistics, or a physically demanding role (preferred but not essential).
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting.
• Team-oriented with a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to schedules.
