Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistants to provide 24-hour care (including personal care) to a 14-year-old female, who is paraplegic with a spinal cord injury, ventilation dependant and has intermittent catheterisation. This role will be under the supervision of an on-site nurse or alongside a second CA.

Any candidates considered must have experience in:

• Working with children or adults with physical disabilities
• Tracheostomy care
• Catheterisation
• Caring for individuals requiring ventilator support

Due to the nature of care required, we do kindly ask that only female staff are put forward for this rule.

The ideal candidate for this role should be personable, with high levels of written and verbal English, and be available regularly to ensure continuity of care.
