Are you a passionate and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification? • A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education.
• Experience working within a EYFS setting, preferably in a school.
• A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, helping to meet their individual learning needs.
• Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate EYFS curriculum activities.
• Monitor and record children's progress, supporting assessments as needed.
