Are you an experienced Paraplanner who's passionate about delivering truly client-centred, high-quality financial planning support?

We're working with a well-established, independent wealth management firm based in Bishop's Stortford that's looking to appoint an experienced and technically capable Paraplanner to join their growing advice team.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you'll play a key part in supporting the advisory team with a full range of technical and analytical work, including:

• Preparing detailed financial planning reports and recommendation letters
• Undertaking research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
• Ensuring suitability, compliance and accuracy of all client documentation
• Working closely with Advisers and Administrators to ensure a smooth client journey
• Supporting projects to enhance internal processes and client experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Solid experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management firm
• A strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, and tax planning
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ideally Chartered status, or actively working towards Chartered qualification (full study support provided)
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
