About the Mortgage Broker - Buy to Let Specialist Role

You'll join as a self-employed Buy-to-Let Mortgage Broker, working remotely with the full backing of a company that truly understands the complexities of investment lending. You'll handle both organic and referred leads, focusing on BTL and HMO clients who expect sharp insight and smooth delivery. You'll benefit from warm inbound enquiries, a supportive operations team, and one of the best commission splits in the market.

Mortgage Broker - Buy to Let Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Advise landlord and investor clients on a range of BTL mortgage products including HMOs, limited company structures, and portfolio refinancing
• Manage leads provided by the business and self-generate where possible
• Assess clients' financial situations and provide compliant, tailored mortgage advice
• Handle applications from enquiry through to completion with admin support
• Maintain outstanding levels of customer service and compliance
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlord clients

Mortgage Broker - Buy to Let Specialist Package

• Remote-based local to London
• Self-employed
• Commission structure:

50/50 split on company-provided leads

• 70/30 split on self-generated businessRealistic OTE: £80k+
• Leads provided-BTL and HMO-focused

Mortgage Broker - Buy to Let Specialist: Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker
• Demonstrable experience placing Buy-to-Let and HMO cases
• Strong understanding of the UK property and mortgage market
• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Confident communicator with great relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously
