We are seeking an experienced Travel Customer Service Coordinator to join a fabulous travel company, hybrid working model based in London.

Travel Customer Service Coordinator Duties:
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire travel journey, working closely with the Product team and local suppliers.
- Efficiently handling Customer Service cases, primarily post-travel feedback and complaints, directly with customers or through travel agents.
- Liaising with customers via both email and telephone, displaying empathy, and professionalism.
- Assisting clients with any medical issues on-tour.
Respond to legal correspondence such as ABTA Arbitrations, solicitor correspondence and Personal Injury claims with the support of the Legal team.
Negotiating and reclaiming costs, compensation from suppliers. - Conducting operational duties, including sales updates, rooming lists, and travel documents.
- Advising clients of any pre-tour changes through verbal or written communication.
Travel Customer Service Coordinator - Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential in the travel industry.
- Previous experience of dealing with legal correspondence such as arbitration is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for customer service with high attention to detail.
