We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SALT Learning Coach to join a secondary school in Redbridge. This is a full-time role supporting students with Speech, Language, and Communication needs to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students to deliver targeted speech and language support

• Implement SALT strategies and programmes under guidance from qualified professionals

• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to enhance learning outcomes

• Promote confidence, independence, and positive communication skills in students

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs

• Knowledge of SALT strategies and intervention techniques

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
