Dietician

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dietician to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team providing person-centred care to patients experiencing mental health challenges, including eating disorders, psychosis, mood and personality disorders, anxiety, and trauma.

As a Dietician, you will play a vital role in supporting patients' recovery through comprehensive nutritional assessments and personalised meal planning. Working closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and medical professionals, you will develop and implement nutrition strategies that address both the medical and psychological needs of patients.

• Conduct detailed nutritional assessments for patients with eating disorders

• Develop and implement tailored meal plans to support recovery

• Provide education and counselling on balanced nutrition and relapse prevention to patients and their families

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans

• Monitor progress and adjust nutritional interventions accordingly

• Proven experience as a Dietician, preferably in clinical or specialised settings such as eating disorders

• Strong skills in nutritional assessment, meal planning, and patient counselling

• Experience working within multidisciplinary mental health teams

• Excellent communication skills and empathy to motivate and support patients

• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
