What You ll Be Doing:

• Working closely with sales teams and clients to design tailored AV solutions that meet project requirements.
• Conducting needs assessments and identifying creative ways to solve technical challenges.
• Producing detailed system designs, technical drawings, and proposals, including cost estimates and specifications.
• Supporting the development of client presentations and project documentation.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless system integration.
• Providing technical guidance throughout project execution to maintain performance and quality standards.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and recommending new technologies and best practices.

What You ll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in AV engineering, systems design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, projection, and control systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and budgeting tools.
• Excellent technical writing and problem-solving skills.
• Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira, or Crestron CTI are a plus.
• A client-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (10-25%) for client meetings and site visits.
