We're keen to speak to seasoned IT Project Managers about a new role we have with a Financial Services client in Central London.
Please note this role is outside IR35 and will require onsite attendance twice a week.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to lead the successful delivery of a fresh technology project. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an IT project (from scratch) using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build, coach, and support Agile teams, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (user stories, stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets to ensure project success.
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, developers, QA, and external partners.
- Work with Salesforce to cover business wide delivery and changes
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring timely communication of status and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and team performance.
- Ensure IT project outcomes align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally delivering projects in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and IT delivery processes.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile) preferred.
