Credit contol - Accounts Administrator
Working for a well-respected lighting/electrical wholesaler at their Head office location in Park Royal. We are recruiting for an experienced credit control/accounts administrator to handle a busy and varied role and ensure the administration process in the branch runs smoothly.
Full time role - hours 9am - 5.30bpm
The role is primarily credit control and all associated tasks. Other duties include
Entering and filing of Purchase orders, customer and supplier invoices
Raising credit and debit notes
Accounts receiveable/payable.
Processing invoices from suppliers
Bank reconcilation
Raising cheque requests for suppliers
Process expenses
Petty cash custodian
Assisting where possible in other areas during holiday/sick leave.
Answering customer telephone calls and generally assisting with adhoc duties.
We need a good communicator who has the ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. Miniumum of 2 years credit control/accounts administration previous experience in a similar role.
