Your Role:

• Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines with a high level of precision and efficiency.
• Perform online programming tasks using Heidenhain controls (training provided if you have experience with other systems).
• Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure tight tolerances.
• Use your machining expertise to optimise production processes and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with strong programming and setup skills.
• Expertise in 3 and 5-axis machining, tooling, and process optimisation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills for real-time adjustments.
• A proactive approach to safety and quality standards.
