Diploma Qualified Paraplanner - Near Maidstone - Salary up to £50k DOE

A respected, client-focused boutique financial planning firm located near Maidstone is seeking a talented and detail-driven Paraplanner to join their growing team on a full-time basis. Offering a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paraplanning professional who prides themselves on delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service. Working closely with experienced financial advisers, you will support the delivery of personalised financial planning by conducting in-depth research, preparing compliant and accurate suitability reports, and ensuring that recommendations are aligned with clients' objectives and FCA requirements. You will also play a key role in preparing ongoing review documents, liaising with providers, and maintaining precise client records. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of technical work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to contribute to continuous process improvement.

To be successful, you will hold a Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) with ideally at least one year of experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within an IFA or financial planning environment. Strong knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and taxation is essential, along with excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines confidently. Proficiency with financial planning software-such as Intelligent Office, FE Analytics and cashflow modelling tools-will be highly advantageous.
