The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an important role in delivering a seamless and personalised patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and supporting them throughout their visit
• Assisting with frame styling and lens recommendations
• Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Handling enquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks
• Maintaining the high presentation standards the practice is known for

This role would suit someone who:

• Has previous experience working as an Optical Assistant
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care
