The Role:

What You'll Do:

• Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent in the design and build industry.
• Implement and manage effective onboarding programmes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities and recognition programmes.

Who You Are:

• A passionate HR professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experienced in developing HR policies and implementing best practises.
• Knowledgeable in employment law and HR compliance.
