Regional Director
This is a home-based role with regular travel to locations in London and the South East with occasional travel nationally.

We want you to provide values-driven leadership to Choice Support to ensure that the people we support receive the highest standard of care and support.
As Regional Director, be responsible for all aspects of the operational management of our services for autistic people and people with learning disabilities. You will ensure the highest quality of care, compliance with CQC regulations, delivering strong financial performance and supporting our continued growth.
You lead a dispersed team of operational mangers overseeing registered care and supported living services and also be a member of the operational leadership team collaborating across functions.
Within the organisation you will be a role model, demonstrating Choice Support's values and the highest standards of practice leadership at all times. You will promote Choice Support externally to help ensure more people benefit from our support.
Location: This is a home-based role, or you can work in any of our offices. You must be able to regularly and easily travel to locations in London and the South East with occasional travel nationally as part of the role. Given the location of many of our services, we are seeking candidates who live within a 90-minute commuting distance from London.
About you: We are looking for a values driven leader, committed to providing excellent support to enable people to live independent and fulfilled lives. You will bring:
a track record of successful leadership in the social care sector, including experience of leading large teams
experience of negotiating and working successfully with Local Authority Commissioners and identifying new business
the ability to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
a good understanding of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
a genuine commitment to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities, and autistic people
Successful experience of identifying new business and negotiating with funders.
