GH Engage are partnered with an end-user Life Sciences company who are seeking an exceptional Head of Facilities based in London.

The successful applicant will be a dedicated professional and problem solver, who is willing to go above and beyond in the delivery of FM services.

We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience:

• 10+ years of experience in a senior Facilities Management (FM) role.
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
• Engineering qualifications or demonstrable experience managing hard FM services.
• IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent health and safety qualifications are essential.
• Budgets; service charge budgets, forecasting, and leases.
• Projects; design and implementation.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent client-side benefits, including;

• A salary of between 70,000 and 90,000.
• Annual bonus (discretionary).
